What to expect
We are a nonjudgmental environment catered to all ages, sizes and conditions. Our goal is to bring the light of yoga and alternative healing to the masses. Allowing everyone to have their own unique experience is key to continuity of practice. We are here to help in any way!

Please bring along water and feel free to bring your own mat, blocks, etc.
If this is your first class please wear comfortable clothes that will not constrict or “get in the way” of your practice.
Drink your water! The human body is made up of around 80% water and we need to hydrate regularly.
Cancellation Policy
All Yoga for EveryBODY Class Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, open until filled. All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. As a courtesy, if you are unable to make it to the class, we will allow you to gift your reserved spot to a friend. In order to do so please contact Kryss Cote in advance at 707-225-2199 and give the name and email address of the student who’s taking your place. Missed classes without proper notice are subject to 100% of the class reservation fee. Thank you
